Taking Skincare to a Higher Level
Thank goodness for legalization of cannabis! Am I right? Okay, so I'm too straight an arrow to ever light up, however, I am all about the latest beauty trends and CBD oil is all the new rage in skin care. Once cannabis was legalized in many states across the country, CBD oil,or cannabidiol oil, began creeping into beauty products for its many healing benefits as well. The oil does not contain THC which is the strain that makes you high. It does, however, increase cell renewal, promote clearer skin and decrease redness and sensitivities in the skin. I was introduced to the trend by a friend who began her very own beauty business named Gracious OM. The rose tea blend is high in fatty acids and antioxidants which also help to soothe aches and pains along with rejuvenate and protect the skin barrier. So, here's to cannabis, without the THC, of course.
